Monday nite football steak Sammie's!

Howdy folks...Sunday we hosted a Packers game so we couldn't not do anything for the Hawks Monday nite game some here we go!!
Few players ready for the grill! Left over steak from Sunday's cook, mushrooms and onion ...fresh torta rolls! Oh and a new bourbon I'm trying out just cause!

My boy doing his Seahawks dance just in case!! He is a big Lynch fan!

Ok getting some CI heated up!! Speaking of cast iron Costco had a great deal on the 12 inch chicken fryer combo, the deep sided lodge with the convertible top (35 bucks) I didn't get one yet! Anyway cooking again

Shrooms and onion in some EVOO!

Finished those off removed them and heated up the meat!

Then mixed every together and toasted some buns!

Then I pulled it all and essembeled some Sammie's with jack cheese and toasted them some more!

Plated with fries and a fresh drink..stole a couple pizza rolls from the kids!

Well it was a tough showing for the Hawks..they didn't play well at all but we'll take it I suppose!! Sorry Bob ...I thought the rams had it at the end!!
