Used this recipe for the pork chops and this recipe for the Brussels Sprouts. Served along side a mashed potato and Irish Red Ale.

Have a good evening. Cheers.

So how did you like the pork chop recipe?, it sounds delicious.

My Brussel sprouts are a whole different story. I trim, but cross hatch them and leave them whole.

Bacon, whole cloves of garlic, sweet maui onion, red onion, White mushrooms, Cremini mushroom, red/yellow bell peppers, garlic salt and pepper.

Great looking chops and sides Dwain. Like the sleeve on your CI Pan. Recipes look great. Think I might have done the chop recipe a while back.

Wow! That plate looks great Dwain. Barb and I have a boat load of chops in the freezer going to give this one a try.

Wow that looks awesome!!! Gotta try chops that way, did the brussel sprouts that way, there's bacon in them, whats not to like there.

Dwain - this looks really good. The marinade is almost like a teriyaki but I'm guessing the flavor is a lot deeper. Those sprouts look awesome and are a brilliant paring with the chops. I will be trying both of these really soon...

Regards,

John
