Meatballs

2 lbs ground 80/20 Chuck, package of Hot Italian sausage, 1 lb ground chicken, 2 eggs, red pepper flakes, garlic, finely diced onion, Seasoned Italian Panko crumbs, parsley, Italian Seasoning, Lawry's seasoning salt and black pepper.

Meatballs on the grill indirect, made two different sizes, one size for meatball sandwiches and one size for some spaghetti later in the week.


Smaller ones done, larger ones need a few more minutes.


In a small CI skillet added some pizza sauce and meatballs and cooked till the sauce heated up.


On a French loaf added the sauce, meatballs and some shredded Mozzarella and shredded pizza cheese.


 
I'd be on that like ugly on an ape.... all over it. That is for sure going on the menu for next week. Great cook John.
