Starting out with the lineup of ingredients for my meat loaf. I’m sure most of you will know who gets the meat balls??
Loaf together and ready for the performer. Will cook for a little more than an hour pulling at 150*. Have corn ready with EVOO, butter and homemade Garli Garni seasoning. During the meatloaf cook I basted it a couple of times with Stubb’s hickory Bourbon sauce. Loaf ready to come off and corn on.
Finish up with some red crash potatoes in the CIS. Season with EVOO, butter S & P with granulated garlic.
Everything plated and it was simple and great.
