Dry aged sirloin drizzled with red wine vinegar and olive oil, salt and pepper.
Rosemary, garlic, and olive oil Yukon golds.

Nice and rare:
Been on a T-bone and bone-in rib-eye ride, haven't had sirloin in forever. But I could not pass up these beauties at the butcher shop and glad I didn't! Enough leftover for a nice sandwich too.
