while the outcome of last night's college game was not what we were hoping for,
dinner was quite nice... haven't had sweet taters in a while, they were pretty good.

Great looking chicken thighs, Jim. I bought some Leinenkugel's Oktoberfest Friday and it is good stuff. But, having been raised in Ohio I have to say Go Buckeye's.

Jim, you should put all your pictures in frames and sell them for what they are, wonderful art work. I always look forward to your posts, another masterpiece.

I love a well mauled thigh....... That chicken is just gorgeous. I could almost taste it. Nice work.

Great looking cook Jim and way to represent your team. It was a good game...no really it was, considering you were on the road. If your team would have gotten a point for every time the network showed your mascot....you would have won that game.

Dear Jim,

The chicken looks outstanding. I'm not a fan of sweet potatoes but I'd definitely give yours a try. Did you roast the cauliflower on the grill or in the oven? If you did it on the grill how did you season it?

I'm having more fun grilling than watching football, especially when my Eagle's are playing so lousy. I'm sorry the Badgers couldn't beat the Buckeyes. I don't think my Nittany Lions will beat them either.

Regards,

Tim Murphy
