Maulled Leftover Pork Chops

It was a beautiful mid 50(s) day today and I couldn't let that go to waste. I hadn't planned to cook for lunch so I searched around and found some leftover pork chops from a mid week cook. We have a lot of folks here that came from St Louis so I bribed one of them to get me some Maull's on a trip back home. I knew I had some leftover KBB in the WSM so I figured this was a great chance to "Maull" the leftover chops.







Not bad at all. Tip of the hat to this St Louis style BBQ. I can definitely see why it's so popular. Very tender indeed.

Makes me want to order some Mauls now Dwain! I know we don't sell it down here so will have to see
