Marinated lamb leg on big blue.


 
I’vegot to sort out a visit with a friend so I can fire a “Garde d’honneur“ of a brace of racks of lamb with some sort of amazing sides for a friend as thanks for watching the cat over our vacation in JULY! What a slacker! She did threaten to steal the cat though. Soon I will rectify that!
 
Gotta work on plated pics, it was great. Hers is my favorite Chimi recipe I’ve given out before.
I add red pepper chili flakes and chop with a knife for a more rustic feel.

I got it back when they first came out, I have not used it as much as I should.
I’m working on that. Picked up that grate and a vortex so I can mess around more.

I quit making chimi from scratch anymore, this is a game changer, just add oil & red wine vinegar, recommended!
