We did carne asada tonight and had my sister inlaw and her husband over for the weekend.
Marinated the carne asada for 3 hours. 4 large oranges,4 limes,1/4 bunch of cilantro,4 cloves chopped,1/2 onion chopped,2 tbs salt,1tbs black pepper,1tbs cummin,1 tbs onion powder,1 tbs garlic powder,2 tbs of chef merito seasoning.

We did homemade rice and bean outside on the gas grill.

We also made fresh salsa..

Grilled up some Nopales,onions,longaniza and of course the carne asada...
