Mam and Sir Loin with Romaine and Red Spuds


 
Haven't had sirloin in a long time and found these 2 for just under $8. Same with the romaine...seeing a lot of cooks grilling it so I wanted to try it. And then little reds to finish it off.

Little reds washed, few slices of bacon ready for the grill

On over direct heat but elevated with my round extention grate

Romaine sliced lengthwise, heavy drizzle of zesty italian dressing applied and rubbed on to get 'inside'

Plated: steak as is, tatoes had butter, sour cream and little cheese, romaine had bacon, tomatoes, mixed and chunks of mozzarella...no dressing needed with the extra amount applied before grilling.

It was a late finishing cook last night..about 10pm...but it was tasty!!
