Mahi Mahi Tacos

Beautiful day here in da burgh with a heat index of 101... So I decided to cut the grass and grill up some mahi mahi fish tacos...

Marinade for the tacos... Zest/juice

Gettin started on ye olde gasser

Gettin where they need to be on da flip

Yellow, reds and jalapeños with some Evoo and garlic salt

Medley of peppas gettin there

Grill filled with corn tortillas

A couple of burgers for dinner or lunches tomorrow.. Grill once, eat twice

Plated with some fresh picked corn on da cob (old bay for a lil flava)

Very fresh, light and delicious on such a hot day...
