Mahi Mahi Fish Tacos

Marinated some fillets in olive oil, garlic, cilantro and lime juice for about a half hour the cooked on the Sportsman grill


Warmed up some tortillas that were so the package was still really warm when I picked them up



Dressed my tacos with cabbage, tomato, cilantro, chipotle mayo, a little hot sauce and a squeeze of lime and beans on the side.
 
John your tacos look great may have to try that one. I love Mahi Mahi used to get it a lot when we were in Maui for vacations.
 
Outstanding John. Those lodge cookers throw down like a champ. Makes me feel bad for not using mine. After reading your recipe, I was like Hmmmph. Thats about as traditional as you get for a fish taco. I had to go back and check your location. Then it all made sense. I see you spent some time in Rosarito.
