Not lots of photos of food though! Our camps have been a bit damp. We were out the last two weekends and lots of rain. Not going to complain as we need it. I did get a couple photos of food though. We cooked ribs rotisserie style, rib eyes, and smash burgers all on the Q1200. Smoked salmon ABT's on the 14" WSM. No finished photos of the smash burgers we were hungry!

How'd you do the salmon abts?
Mix up my standard cream cheese, grated cheese and spice mix and add flaked smoke salmon to the mixture. Stuff the peppers, wrap in bacon and high temp smoke. Smoke until bacon is crisp. I use thin. It bacon and stretch the pieces.

Cooked bay shrimp or Dungeness crab is good too.

looks like a great time! We've been fortunate with the cool, wet spring , huh? That seems to be changing this week - Those rib eyes look like a pretty spectacular dinner item out at the camp, for sure!
