I just heard, and read a story just a few days back about how she would be turning 100 soon. Didn’t realize she was so close.
Never knew someone who could transition from funny to caring, from raunchy to classy with such ease. We are all at a great loss this day. That said, today is a day of celebration, and Betty would want it to be a great day, so remember her, but celebrate!

There was a video out - not 3 days ago with her saying how great she felt.
Then yesterday the better half mentioned how she was going to be 100 on the 17th & "remember a few years ago, everyone was worried about her dying?"
Absolutely shocked by the news today; didn't believe it until multiple news outlets started posting.

Betty White: First Lady of Television is airing Monday at 8pm CST on Wisconsin PBS, so it may be on in other markets as well. The Milwaukee-based creative team behind it also put together a special for what would've been her 100th birthday, and it'll be released theatrically on Jan. 17.
Last of the primary cast of The Mary Tyler Moore Show, too.
