With a nod to my wife's Longaberger collection of baskets, dinnerware, etc, I made some long burgers.
Actually I was trying to fit the patties onto bolillo rolls that I wanted to use for buns.
I uncovered the long time covered red Q.
(she blinked in the evening light)
Started some Ore-Ida Grillers in a skillet.
Added the chuck burgers.
Seasoned them with Weber's Steak 'n Chop.
Moved the spuds to direct for more browning.
American cheese for Jo Anne, pepperjack for son and I.
My longaburger burger served on a Longaberger plate.
(still had to nip off the ends of the rolls)
Darn good fast food for a Monday night.
