Long short ribs

Or short long ribs?

I found these Swift beef ribs in the store awhile back and thought I'd give them a try. They were trimmed pretty close and the bones were cut shorter than what I usually see, but I put them on the 22" Bar-B-Kettle with briquettes and oak and the flavor was pretty good. And as a bonus, a couple of days later I stripped the leftover ribs, simmered the pieces in sauce and served them as sandwiches.

Looks great Brad, that sammie is killer.
Barb and I went to do a little shopping today and they had large beef ribs but they wanted $25 for a god sized rack. To me they were soup bones with that close of a trim hardly any meat at all.
