Or short long ribs?
I found these Swift beef ribs in the store awhile back and thought I'd give them a try. They were trimmed pretty close and the bones were cut shorter than what I usually see, but I put them on the 22" Bar-B-Kettle with briquettes and oak and the flavor was pretty good.
