Chicken thighs marinated in legendary marinade on skewer with leek

potato cubes in a Dijon mustard

potatoes first

meat added

this my child is now two years older

potatoes ready

meat ready

ready to serve

I remember it as if it were yesterday.

... so at least the memory. But I feel spring and soon will attend to something current.

Cold and smelly wind blows us from Russia at this time (again).
I hate arrogance and non-compliance with agreements at all levels.
I hope that everything turns out well now.

Very creative - that looks like an awesome meal! The thighs almost look like a schwarma type approach but I see you separated them to serve. Please provide a recipe for the potatoes. That looks really good. I love to try food from different cultures - I find it brings us together if we can eat together...
