Lollipop anyone?

I'll take three, with a choice of dipping sauces on the side, please! Those look great, Case! What temp did you do those at?

Forgot I also used 2 tablespoons of sambal oelek I’m the marinade. Remembered after the heat hit my pallete!

Did you prepare the salad as you bathed? ;)

Typos aside, it sounds like you had some big flavors working!

Yep sure did! Damn thing with the new format I can’t edit the post content when I use my phone. Other forums that use this same format I can 🤔

Yes great flavor.always one of my favorites.

I swear I'm going to do these for a kids birthday party one of these days!

Once you get into it, it's not all that difficult. Good sharp knize is all you need. I did pull the ligaments out and it would have been nice to have some forceps or needle nose pliers. my gloved hands were a bit slippery. Not to mention the arthritis was getting to me by the end.

is there somewhere you could steer me to learn the process i would like to try and make them on my jumbo joe instead of my weber smoker.

Google Lollipop chicken or French cut drumsticks. There’s tons of videos out there. Maybe next time I go at it I’ll post a video.
