Loco Moco using Guava Smoked Pork Patties

If it's Sunday night, it's Guava Smoked night! I'm eating down my stash of smoked meats shipped from Oahu by friend and TVWBB co-founder Kevin Kawahara.

These are guava wood smoked pork patties that I grilled on the Weber Summit, then used in Loco Moco. Rice, eggs, pork patty, and brown gravy. Ono!
