Loco Moco: Beef vs Bacon

Loco moco using a leftover Porter Road Butcher Beef vs. Bacon 50/50 burger from yesterday. The combo of beef and bacon is delicious, not sure whether to moo or oink in satisfaction!

Porter Road sent this meat for me to try. Opinions are my own and Porter Road has not reviewed or approved my comments.

Darn Chris, that looks delicious. Love the dark gravy and certainly agree the meat combo is perfect for that meal.

I like it! Funny I have some pork belly defrosting in the fridge to make some more bacon. Might try mixing a little with some ground beef I made. Maybe moink in satisfaction.

Not sure about the Loco Moco, but 50/50 has been successfully used here.... Slater's 50/50

No Ono unless you add fried spam and/or grilled linguica! Even the mention of scrambled eggs would get you banned from some restaurants in HI!
