Little Tuesday nite stir fry!

Evening folks...decided a little stir fry is in order tonight! Some chicken thighs soaked in sweet and spicy pepper/coconut sauce...hit with a touch of Asian spice...veggies and all ready for action!

First set of veggies up and cooking over some really hot lump charcoal!

Oh and a couple eggs!
Rice and soy sauce added in! Looking good!

Good stuff let me tell ya...hot fire too...gave my welding gloves a good work out tonight!!

Gotta incorporate some BBQ beef or pork into this cook ...getting there though!

I need to get a wok so I can do a meal like yours.

That's the way to do it Morgan. Well done. I like using my Wok when it suits my fancy. That looks delicious. There isn't any cooking really in my opinion when you want to cook a one pot meal that compares to a Wok.

The APA free ride is a good beer...not quite a IPA but pretty close...I am not a big fan of the smoked porter! Way to thick for me...the new pumpkin porter is super stuff!
 
Wokking on the grill is a lot of fun Morgan, but be sure to keep those gloves handy. That plate looks really tasty.
