The WSM 14 needed a good cleaning to be able to be used, so I got her all cleaned up inside and out, got a new gasket, and fired her up today.

I was craving ribs and then Jeff's post put me over the edge.

Chicken added and ribs wrapped. I know it is hard to tell but I changed the heat shield from ceramic to potatoes in foil.

Chicken done giving the ribs time to set.

Served with heat shield potatos and corn just cut off the cob. I stole a bit of ribs before the photo. The ribs were near perfect!

And finished with the best dessert ever.

Looks tasty! I just brought out my 14 the other day. It had a deep clean a couple months ago. Then it rained and rained some more. So its finally back out on its table and ready for service. Have a couple nice T-bones marinating for tomorrows dinner.
