This just goes to show that even poor guys can still eat like a king, as long as ya have a Weber.
Started things out by marinating some legs in Kinder's marinade

Ready for some grillin action

On with the legs using standard charcoal and some juniper at around 350'-degrees "indirect"

About an hour or so in, everything is looking fine

Plated with some home made corn salad. Wow was this good. Love that juniper smoke.

Thanks for looking.

Terrific looking crisp on those wings! I love ABTs fan favorite for get together. Can never make enough... still run out. Great job!

Thanks for all the kind responses. On Jon's question, the kinders marinade is really tasty. For chicken only needing 30 minutes to marinate, also works good on tri-tip. Great flavor. I also love all of their bbq sauces. On Don's question, no, I didn't take a lot of photos on that cook, but here's the pork belly (11-lbs) before the 1 week (dry rub) rest

. Saved the skin for chicharones, which I'll post soon.
