I basically cook for just the two of us when we are not having company.
We normally have left over bbq every time we grill.
I find that the Pyrex bowls with lids that Costco has really helps keep in the freshness on most items and their large bowl is perfect for working 1,900g worth of sourdough.
Between the Pyrex bowls, our vacuum sealer and meal prepping we can have healthier meals at decent prices.
Tonight we meal prepped the remainder of the pork butt I smoked the other day into burritos with some good verde sauce, rice, cheese, beans, peppers and a bit of Tabasco sauce.
They turned out really good and it was fun doing the food production line thing with the wife.
