Superbowl posting party that is. I was suppose to work SB weekend, have a lot a vacation to burn so I decided to take the weekend off.Instead of staying home we decided to go camping and come home Monday so we, actually I could watch the Superbowl. Here are some food pics and a couple of highlights from an outstanding weekend!!

Superbowl food. Some pizza Empanadas using Grand rolled biscuits. Pizza sauce, onion, yellow peppers, peperoni, and mozzarella cheese.

Terrific Post pal! Thank you for sharing!! :)

Nice work John. Looks like a great trip too. Do you use a whole grand biscuit for each empanada? or do you cut them first?

Terrific camp cooking John!
Terrific pics!
Terrific scenery!

Thanks for finally showing your mug, but you still will always look like Bob to me.:p

thanks for sharing the empanada idea..........I'm assuming you did it indirect; how long did they take to brown; once they browned, did the inside heat up/melt sufficiently, or did you have to let them hang out for a while?

I'm definitely doing it this weekend.......killer idea!!

Looks like you had a great weekend, John, but the underwear tree's a little weird! Did you add anything to it?;)
