Love lamb and love specials, but we never see any specials on lamb around here. Once a year the wife pokes holes in a leg, inserts garlic & rosemary and I toss it on the pellet pooper for a bit of smoky goodness. Just tradition for us. Other than that, I refuse to pay the price for the poor quality we see around here.
