I hadn't used any of my Webers in weeks so I decided to make some wings over the weekend.

The fuel for this adventure.

The trays put on either side of the Performer.

After marinating for 2 hours, the wings are placed in the middle.

My wing dipping technique in full motion video!

Wings getting some direct heat after dipping. About 5 minutes.

It really tasted good. I never dipped the wings in sauce and then threw them in the direct heat. It really worked out well. I left them in place too long over direct though. Probably better to have them at about 3 minutes, 1.5 minutes per side.

Thanks everyone. I will be searing the sauce right on the wings after cooking from now on. It tasted great. I tried to include as many instructions as I could so people could learn from me if they needed to. Even the goofy YouTube clip, haha.

Gregory, I love my Breville. Especially in the Summer it is great to use instead of the big oven. Doesn't heat up the entire house and I think it cooks better than the real oven.

Michael, yeah the Gold Icon is great. Though the alcohol content makes it definitely something you can't drink more than a couple of.
