I hadn't used any of my Webers in weeks so I decided to make some wings over the weekend.
The fuel for this adventure.
The trays put on either side of the Performer.
After marinating for 2 hours, the wings are placed in the middle.
Letting the smoke do it's job.
Wings after about 15 minutes of smoke.
My wing dipping technique in full motion video!
Wings getting some direct heat after dipping. About 5 minutes.
Wings are done!
Fries are ready to go while the wings are resting.
Fries in the Breville!
Plated with condiments and a brew!
It really tasted good. I never dipped the wings in sauce and then threw them in the direct heat. It really worked out well. I left them in place too long over direct though. Probably better to have them at about 3 minutes, 1.5 minutes per side.
