Kids Away

Kids had freshman and jv away football games tonight that were far enough that we decided we weren't going. Decided it was date night at home and cooked up some filets. 250F on the SmokeFire for about 30 minutes until they hit ~110F. Then I kicked it up to 550 and gave them about 90 seconds per side to finish. Frozen taters and roasted broccoli on the side. This grill is killing it.
