Kettle Pizza Oven for Christmas

Pizza came out pretty good for the first time using it. I followed the cooking directions almost exactly and would definitely tweak some things, more fuel, longer pre-heat time, higher temp. But again, pretty good for the first time.

Looking good! I'll be breaking mine in in a couple hours.

I see you left on the plastic 'rollers' on the slide aside holder. My instructions said to remove them. I assume that is so they don't melt. I melted mine long ago, so no worries there. :D

funny, I've had the grill for 10 years and never had an issue. I use it all the time too

Nice Pizza Kev! Maybe off the grill a tad early hard to say unless you pass over a piece

Thanks! The bottom was cooked perfectly, the top was cooked but definitely "light". I would do the next cook at a higher temperature and not have the stone pre heat as long either.
