Kettle Meatloaf

Might be my last cook on the 85 Kettle. Pulled at 160, probably should have pulled at 155, tasty none the less. Just waiting for the snow to melt so I can put up my TV antenna. Didn’t get to see the Daytona 500 as I didn’t have a TV subscription, hopefully OTA will resolve that

Looks great Chuck!

I do cheese sometimes but, the grandchildren like my three or four meat meatloaves. I mix Italian sausage and beef but, then it gets wrapped around smoked sausage, sometimes topped with bacon.
Normally I add Italian Sausage or even some ground Pork Belly. Meatloaf is one of those cooks where you can get creative as much as you want, or simple as much as you want and it's usually always good. My only complaint this time around was that I should have pulled it earlier than I did. I'm still trying to get the hang of BBQ-ing at this altitude
