So, my son has volleyball on Thursdays, my GF's girls have dance on Thursdays........ So I typically don't get a nice, good home cooked meal. Oh well! Time to have a quick leftover pulled pork sammich!!

Into the pan with a dab of butter:

And then I kicked it up a bit with some of this gloriously good stuff:

Along with the IQUE sauce I made the other day as well.

And then plated with the slaw, along with the drink of choice for the evening:

I know all you California people keep the really good wines in the state, but if you can get Smoking Loon Zinfandel, I highly recommend it. Very good, smokey wine to go along with all you BBQ foods.

Looks really good! With a meal like that...A quiet home...A glass of red. That is quality time mate.
 
That's a nice Sammie you got gonna there Derek! I have enjoyed many of the Smoking Loon wines out of Sonoma California and especially like their old vine zins and their cabs are great also. A little hard to find in Arizona a lot easier to find when I lived in Cali.

It looks like you have put a nice new face on "Roughing it, alone" at home. Let's see, a wonderful pulled pork sandwich with PROPER sauces (I am a big fan of Sriracha Sauce - I've even been thinking about putting it on my cornflakes:o) along a very nice libation. You're doing JUST FINE, my man!
