Looks good Alex. We can see it's spares, sausage, wings and burgers but why don't you add some narrative and describe what you're adding/using in your smoke?

Thanks for the compliments. You guys are correct, photos without descriptions tells half the story. I have spares rubbed with a Kansas City rub, wings marinated with a Peruvian chicken marinade, Argentina Chorizo and fajita meat marinated in a carne asada recipe. Thanks again.
