I got this T Bone steak from snake river farms. 2" thick. Seasoned with fiesta brand seasonings. I know some will say salt and peppers is that is needed but I like a steak with a little flavor.







Used lump charcoal and indirect cook until internal was 125 then seared and used the grill grates.





A little rest before eating.

That is quite a steak, Tony. The final cutaway shot says it all…juicy and cooked perfectly with a good sear.

One of the best steaks I ever had. It was delicious. Had friends that went to norco and got to meet Myron and big Moe. Hopefully they come back next year.
 
just a steak??? more like just a perfect steak....

dang I'm almost heading to bed and I'm thinking about grilling up a steak.........after I quite drooling that is.......

Bolners has a cabrito seasoning that is great for red meats, do you use their Texas season on most your red meats?

This seasonings were a gift from a Instagram friend from Texas. Before this I had only the steak and brisket seasoning.
