Just a little Valentines Day treat and meal for my Wonderful Wife. Tbones n Tators

I did cook a couple times earlier in the week. Burgers and homemade onion rings and Chops and fried potatoes. No photos. I'll blame it on painting the basement. First off a bottle of Francis Ford Coppola Sofia Rose wine, chilled to 50° With Strawberry Truffles from Sees' chocolates for my wife

If you have not tried Sees' I recommend you do

TBones were done using just S n P on one side over indirect until IT of 135 then direct for 1 minute each side. Baked Tator I poke holes using a fork, drizzle EVOO S n P, garlic and Dill. Grill running at 400 for 1 hour.

Beer of choice this evening. Bells HopSlam. Comes out once a year..10% alcohol! I picked up a case. A local brewery.

That was a TEST..u won R!..silly me. I mentioned Transformers earlier in the evening. Your right on the money about the alcohol..finished the wife's wine and brew too....
