We had a high of 9 degrees today so I thought it was a good idea to fire up some some chuckeyes on the performer, while I have done them before, Jim inspired me.
Bathed in SBR!

Full chimney rolling!The weather forced me to use alot of charcoal!

Temperature, beer and football on TV!Great game!

And they are on!

Ready to extract!

Cut up and plated with greens.

Cant forget desert!

kind of a brave move to sauce them with Sweet Baby Ray's before the direct. If I would have done that I would be serving charcoal eyes

The SBR marinade was a first, love thir bbq sauce so I thought Id try it, was a little worried because it was so thick but I loved the flavor l, definitely be using it again.The wind wasnt bad on Sunday so it wasnt bad, thanks everybody.
