Vegas looks like you had a blast. However...looks like someone stabbed your bacon sandwich! I would not stand for that! They coulda hurt the bacon!

This place is my favorite place since a discovered it a couple years ago. This place is authentic food. It's like if my mom and grandmother were cooking.
 
Interesting, I'll have to give it a shot. I was surprised by how many good Mexican restaurants we have here. I thought relocating from the Central Valley here I'd be missing out on my hole in the walls, nope, found a couple here that are my go to. Now I'll definitely have to hit this place up. My mother in-law was an amazing cook (Mexican food), did a lot of catering for weddings, Quinceañeras etc., unfortunately she doesn't cook anymore and my wife didn't learn traditional cooking from her so I have to go out for my south of the border fix.

If you guys make it to Vegas again let me know and the wife and I will meet you for a drink (if it fits into your schedule). Also, locals get discount tickets to most shows and we'd be happy to meet you at a box office to get you discount tickets.
