I usually do this on pimento sticks, but I used soaked chips this time.
Pork shoulder cut open like a book, rolled thinner and bathed in Walkerswood, Pimento wood in the background.
Soaked the chips.
Cooking.
Thaydian enjoying the beautiful day.
Off and cut up, turned out perfect.
Later that day I did kielbasa in beer kraut with red potatoes.
