Jamaican jerk pork.

I usually do this on pimento sticks, but I used soaked chips this time.
Pork shoulder cut open like a book, rolled thinner and bathed in Walkerswood, Pimento wood in the background.

Yeah, Mike: love the taters and sauerkraut (on my to-do list) and the pork came out picture perfect. Which I'm assuming Thaydian is doing: taking pictures (and not texting :()
