Hello everyone
A couple of weeks ago I posted a Johnsonville Brat cook and bragged how good we have it in Wisconsin.
Little did I know that this road has been used soo often the ruts in it were made and covered over and over again.
Anyway, another member (Pete D.) from Appleton Wisconsin suggested I try the brats made at Jacob's Meat Market. So I did.
I have a terrific niece (Sarah) that lives nearby the Apple. Well, after Pete's suggestion, I asked Sarah and her cool husband Jeff if they could find time to stop by Jacob's and grab a bunch for me. Yesterday, they did and sent them to me via Sarah's hipster dad, Tim (my best bud
). At first, I packaged them for the freezer... but then I felt the need to grill up just a few tonight
As you can see, tossed in a coupla peppers for a little added flavour and colour.
However, these brats did not require anything else butt a roll on a plate and an appetite.
Pete D. from Appleton Wisconsin, thanks to you for the push to Jacob's and very special thanks to Sarah & Jeff!
I'm stuffed!
Thank you for viewing!
