Was hoping to roast them this weekend but they were starting to wrinkle so I roasted them last night and froze them for this weekend

My local store didn’t let me down! Hatch Chile fest on 9/9, lots of locations for you North Jersey guys. I roast my own but it’s fun to go

Another option to just give Hatch green chile a try is get a jar - the real deal, made in New Mexico.

I buy these at my Von's, but you can get a jar off of Amazon

And if you like the jar, you'll love fresh roasted on your own.

I have picked up jars of this at my local Costco too, so you might check or ask about it.
