Steady and stable. It’s 40 mph winds and rain today. And the E6 be like, “it’s windy and raining? Pfft. I got this.”Mine likes to hold right there as well. It continually amazes me how steady it is.
That's the biggest reason I bought mine. Here in Oregon, it's usually cold, wet, and windy — and the E6 doesn't care.Steady and stable. It’s 40 mph winds and rain today. And the E6 be like, “it’s windy and raining? Pfft. I got this.”
Did 45 mins in braise, fully covered. They’re done at the 187° mark but the braise adds that next final flavor layer and I added more magic dust when I put them in the braise pan before the butter pats. What is the final temp or jiggle for this.
Is there a big holding period or is my gf calling the cardiologist.
BA 11 is such an athlete. That was an incredible play to win the game.Good for a Niner win!!
Nah. It drizzled onto the diffuser which I had wrapped in aluminum foil. Would have been good for some beans. Next time. It was quite a cluster F with the rain and winds. Had to find the patio furniture covers 3x today. No help from the fam. They just watched and laughed at me. Fairer weather would be nice next time. But this is our winter. Rain over 4 mos and then Sun the other 8. Trade off, but it’s worth it.Wow, that looks fantastic! No drip pan under those delicacies?
The E6 cooks like a champ. It beats every grill I’ve ever cooked with or owned. The weather was unfavorable today but the E6 laughed at the weather gods and delivered the goods.Looking good Brett. Impressive holding low heat
