Is Santa bringing you a 14.5 if so here is something that might help

If Santa is bringing you a 14.5 WSM or you already have one or even a mini. I found a rib rack that fits my mini just fine, is easy to clean and Inexpensive. I didn't spray it first and it still was very easy to clean.
It's made by Brinkmann and available at Home Dumpo part # 812-9236-S or check out Amazon and help Chris out too.

Do you foil when smoking ribs on racks? I've always done foil...because I don't know any better. I would love to be able to cook two full racks on my mini via this method. What's your method?

I use a rib rack. When I foil, I just remove the whole rack, put the lid back on, wrap them, open the lid, then stack them on the cooking grate without the rack. When I take them out of foil I remove them, close the lid, unfoil them and put them in the rack, remove the lid, them put the whole rack back on the cooker.

I do something similar to Dwain’s method, I do the ribs in the rack first, at foiling time I wrap the ribs two half racks to a foil pack with a 50/50 mix of aj & acv, butter & brown sugar and set one pack on the lower grate and one on the upper grate. To finish after foiling I remove the ribs from the foil brush with BBQ sauce and lay the racks out on the upper and lower grates. I don't use the rib rack at the finish because I use a thin BBQ sauce and it tends to run off before it sets if the ribs are not laying flat.

Actually, for full capability in your mini or 14.5, you will find TWO very useful. I have done 8 half racks at a time on my mini - and successfully, I might add... Plus, they are affordable ( I believe I paid $9.95 each for them).

Ordered two. The addiction starts......
 
If I buy this rack and let it sit there, looking at it will probably force me to
buy the 14.5 after a few weeks. Then my first cook on it would have to be ribs.
