Inner Lid peeling


 
@Michael Smotch here is a good how-to thread for cleaning it.

If you don't want to go full-on, you can leave the lid on the grill and just scrape it clean with a single sided razor. I've done that a few times.

o Weber Genesis gas grill lid
o Single sided razor blade scraper holder
o Single sided razor blades: 100 Pack or 10 Pack
o #0000 Steel Wool
o Cleaner like Simple Green

Thank you all, I figured so,just wanted confirmation. Rarely use this one. Only noticed when the wind Sent my cover flying to the other side. Gonna deep clean it after the polar vortex over.
