Indoor Cook

I got this recipe from a gal at my office. Been saving it for a rainy day. Today is supposed to be rainy, but that didn't pan out. My first indoor cook in years

As you can see, substituted green peppers with yellow peppers. It's very tasty, I think some fresh garlic wouldn't be a bad move

Unless you consider making fries in the air-fryer, then yes. My son is an exceptional cook, so when my bride isn't cooking he usually is.

OK, that makes more sense. See I was thinking narrow minded and couldn't get out of my own perspective. I am the only one who cooks at my house, so if I didn't cook inside in years, no one would have cooked inside it years, I thought that was the implication of your sharing, but I totally get it now. My dad would have been the same way, grilled only, my mom cooked inside, and then I took over the grill and some inside cooking in my teen years.
