...I used her sweetie pie's SYD BBQ All-Purpose Rub on tonight's chicken dinner.











SWMBO made some zucchini corn fritters with a zucchini from the garden that was AWESOME! All served along side tomato and cucumber salad also from the garden, and of course a homebrew Brown Ale.

Hey Dwain. Beautiful cook. That chicken looks great. Where did you get those hooks. I just got the Weber Smoking Rack and don't really care for the hooks. Yours look so much better for hanging roasts, chicken etc.

These hooks I got from Pit Barrel Cooker. But I imagine they're fairly common. They are 10x better than the fish hooks that come with the rack.

... I think the rack is my next gadget.

I usually don't buy every gizmo and gadget on the shelf but this was a key part of being able to hang sausages. The chicken and such is a side benefit for me.
