I'm back...and I have pork steaks

It's been quite a while since I've posted anything here. I've been working later hours and just been busy with this and that. Hopefully with it staying light longer, I'll be able to get back in the game again. Anyway, I did get a new camera. It's not a DSLR, but it takes pretty decent pics. Ok, well onto to the food.

Four pork steaks weighing one pound each seasoned with Plowboys yardbird. Using the kettle and charcoal baskets for this one.

It was kinda windy today, so I got to try out my new wind break

Not the best I've ever made, but really good anyway. I prefer to cook them on the WSM at a steady 275 degrees, but today I took the easy route and used the kettle :). Thanks for looking folks!

That little Bluebird is trying to figure a way to get a peck of those good looking steaks, as am I. You must really get some winds, Russell...

They Sure Do Look Great To Me Mister McNeely!
Ain't had a good pork steak in days, might hafta fix that;)
Nice cookin', thanks for postin'!

Awesome looking pork steak Russell! Welcome back! Pork steak is
on my menu for today and I still haven't decided what I am going
to use, my Performer or the WSM.
