It's been quite a while since I've posted anything here. I've been working later hours and just been busy with this and that. Hopefully with it staying light longer, I'll be able to get back in the game again. Anyway, I did get a new camera. It's not a DSLR, but it takes pretty decent pics. Ok, well onto to the food.
Four pork steaks weighing one pound each seasoned with Plowboys yardbird. Using the kettle and charcoal baskets for this one.
It was kinda windy today, so I got to try out my new wind break
The birds were out enjoying the spring weather
After 'bout 2 hours (275-325 degrees)
Sauced with a little KC masterpiece + honey
Plated with crinkle-cut fries
Not the best I've ever made, but really good anyway. I prefer to cook them on the WSM at a steady 275 degrees, but today I took the easy route and used the kettle
. Thanks for looking folks!
