I'll pass on a recipe if it calls for (blank)!! *****

I'm really surprised about the lack of love for cilantro .... for me, probably beets. I don't really dislike them, there's just so many other things to have instead....

beets aren't bad! try them raw sliced in a salad, bake them in the oven like a baked potato (someone here showed me that not very long ago- they're good!) but you'll.......um.......excrete red! lol I'll even eat the canned ones...not that they're particularly good.

......cilantro's definitely an acquired taste. I didn't like it the first several times but then I did (my first post in this thread is about cilantro lol). some people just don't like it----I don't push the issue.

brussel sprouts. will eat anything else reagardless of whether it's moving or not (except for eggs don't ask) But please. No brussel sprouts.

Eggs, and anything with Eggs in it. Im Allergic. No donuts, no cake, no pancakes, no meatloaf or hamburgers is egg is used, etc.

I will not pass on a recipe just because it has an ingredient that I don't care for.
It is easier to leave the ingredient out or substitute it for something better.

Mushrooms! Don't like cilantro either. Oddly , I love raw celery , hate it cooked. When I make soup I use whole celery stalks fish them out and chuck em when it's cooked. Weird , I know. I was wicked picky as a kid , but I'm better now.

Some things I've never tried but can imagine I wouldn't like in a recipe..... anchovies or mountain oysters. Everything else listed on here I'm ok with from what I've read.
