I'm honestly shocked that it's still available. I wish I was within driving distance.

Nope. But people unlike us, tend to like the new shiny stuff. I have done some scrub and sells lately. Honestly for profitability those are way better than the full on rehabs. But I don't really do it just for the money. It is a cool hobby, and I know people are getting something quality for their money.Well I brand new current model is a piece of junk compared to this though. I wouldn't pay $700 for a new one either.
Seems to me that Genesis 2/2000 has had some restoration. Double drop down tables aren't shown in the brochures I've seen on other than 4000+, so I would think they added it....I would be skeptical Josh.

They did something to it, if it's a 3 or 3000 it should only have a side burner on the right side.Seems to me that Genesis 2/2000 has had some restoration. Double drop down tables aren't shown in the brochures I've seen on other than 4000+, so I would think they added it....
I don't think all Genesis 3 grills came with a side BurnerThey did something to it, if it's a 3 or 3000 it should only have a side burner on the right side.
Actually they did as IIRC that was really what made them a "3"I don't think all Genesis 3 grills came with a side Burner
I think you're right. I think it was the 4 you could get both swing tables with or without side burner.Actually they did as IIRC that was really what made them a "3"
Yep, you could buy the tables and the side burner.Didn't they used to sell the side tables as an accessory? Or an add on?
No casters on the left side, so it's a later 3. Edit: or whatever model it started off as since that's not a stock configuration. And it also doesn’t have the wide white walls, which makes me think it’s an early 3000 vs a 3. Or am I mistaken there?
The Genesis 4/5 that I restored this year was born as a 4 with dual drop down shelves and no side burner. The PO added the side burner to make it a 5.I think you're right. I think it was the 4 you could get both swing tables with or without side burner.
Doh, how did I overlook that... getting tempted to message this person... but I think a couple more weeks should do the trick. lolNo casters on the left side, so it's a later 3. Edit: or whatever model it started off as since that's not a stock configuration.
Would you say all Genesis 4 grills came with a glass cabinet? The Genesis 4/5 that I restored this year was born as a 4 with dual drop down shelves and no side burner. The PO added the side burner to make it a 5.
But, that brings up another point. My 4 (i had the original owners manual) had the glass cabinet. The grill we are talking about had the dual tables but no cabinet, so I would say it was a 3.
If you can get it for $500 or less I think it would be a killer deal.Doh, how did I overlook that... getting tempted to message this person... but I think a couple more weeks should do the trick. lol
